What is this course?

As part of our commitment to supporting positive mental health during these challenging times, we recently released five social media videos to help you to stay well whilst at home, through the implementation of the 5 Ways to Wellbeing.

The fifth step to the 5 Ways to Wellbeing is Give. With this in mind, we have collated all 5 videos, added some exclusive content and created this e-learning course. We would like to give this to you, your colleagues and family members free of charge.
